1 can of albecore tuna.. in water..
drain well.. add mayo (the real stuff) .. salt and pepper.. then puree.. so it's smooth.. just don't over do it..
top off a plain crunchy cracker (wisecrackers from costco are amazing)
top with "litehouse brand".. avacado dip..(you can get it near the veggies and lettuce at Food Basics it's about 2.99 and lasts about 2 months.. its also amazing on sandwiches..)
The mess that is Leif Garrett has surfaced again..the actor was carrying black tar heroin in his shoe when he was arrested Monday morning in L.A...accorfding to sources.. cops first noticed Garrett shaking and sweating.. at a metro link station.. when they asked if they could search him.. he admitted..he was packing heroine in his show.. Garrett was arrested.. posted bail and will be in court in 20 days.
