Hey, you've got a blog hanging out of your nose Sept.17 2009
Former Rolling Stones guitarist Mick Taylor is virtually destitute. Now living in a small, rundown house in Suffolk, apparently with mounting unpaid bills, the 61-year-old told the Mail On Sunday:
"In 1982 they stopped paying me [royalties]. They'd signed to a different record company and had new contracts and were advised they didn't need to pay me any more.
"I should have got a lawyer. But instead I called them rude words and asked how they could just stop paying me. They all know it's not right. In fact it is outrageous. They get all the money and I get the plaudits and praise, even from Mick. I've tried to talk to Mick a couple of times, but I realise that hiring a lawyer is probably the only way they'll take me seriously. But they figure I'm not going to do anything about it."

Smashing Pumpkins Announce New Album; It's Called Teargarden By Kaleidyscope, Will Be Available for Free and Includes 44 Songs
Billy Corgan announced on his website that the upcoming Smashing Pumpkins album will be a 44-song endeavour called Teargarden By Kaleidyscope. Yup, that's right: 44 tracks.
Apparently the plan is to begin releasing four-track EPs around Halloween for a total of 11 EPs, or what Corgan calls "mini-box sets." There will be some physical versions of the releases but if you don't care about packaging and art and all that, the Smashing Pumpkins record will be completely free, "no strings attached," says Corgan.
Avril Lavigne has split from rocker Deryck Whibley after three years of marriage, according to a tabloid report.
The punk pop star wed Whibley in 2006, but the couple has been rocked by persistent rumours of marriage trouble for the past year.
The Canadian pair attempted to silence critics in August when they were spotted out together for the first time in four months during a trip to a grocery store in Los Angeles.
However, Whibley was nowhere in sight when the singer debuted her Abbey Dawn by Avril Lavigne fashion range during New York Fashion Week on Monday. Instead, he was spotted shopping in Los Angeles.
A source tells the publication, "She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on. Divorce papers will be filed any day now."
Lavigne, 24, is reportedly keen to erase any evidence of the Sum 41 star from her upcoming fourth album, which he contributed several tracks to, by heading back into the studio to re-record the songs he produced.
