9/11 - 11 years Later - Audio Timeline

If you were old enough to remember September 11th, 2001, you probably remember exactly what you were doing when you heard about the terrorist attacks.  I was at work.  I remember hearing about the first plane going into the World trade centre from our new department.  I thought it was probably an accident, maybe a guy had a heart attack and crashed a small plane by accident.  I was wrong.  I remember turning on the TV and watching a live feed as the 2nd plane crashed into the building.  Awful.  I usually don't talk or write about stuff like this, but as you know, 9/11 has a place in our memories forever whether we like it or not.  When I do think about it, I think about how awful it must have been for the people in the buildings, but I also think of the good that it brought out in others.  I think of the people who rushed to help others, whether it was their actual job to do so or whether it became their job out of necessity.  What I do have trouble remembering is the actual timeline of events.  Things just kind of run together.  I have attached an audio clip of the timeline to give you an idea of how things went.  Hopefully people will take the time to remember.  Remember that through tragedy can come triumph, triumph of the human spirit.
