I am all for people expressing themselves, pretty much any way they like.  However, this is one of the oddest things I have ever seen.  The fine people at National Geographic TV  have a show called Taboo, and they have found a bunch of people that like to inject saline into their foreheads, poke their finger into the middle of it and call themselves "bagel heads".  Fantastic.  Have a look:
