The Dalai Lama is one of my most favorite people in the world.  I have his books (that I have actually read, lol), they are extremely interesting.  I have never seen him live, but he spoke at Brown University on Wednesday.  And when he used the word "forget" a stenographer transcribed it as "[eff] it."  They were captioning the speech on video screens above his head, so everyone saw it.  This is not that video, but it is a clearer version of exactly the same thing.  Apparently the Dalai lama likes to "fo-get" quite a bit.  It is a great philosophy regardless!!!  When life gets you down..."fo-get"!!!
