Remember the video from a couple years ago of a girl falling into a shopping mall fountain because she was texting?    Well, it happened again.  But this time in Birmingham, England . . . to a woman named "Laura Safe" . . . and she fell into an icy CANAL.  She later admitted that she was texting her boyfriend.  Here are both videos:
