Whatta weekend.  Thank god I'm back at work where we're not allowed to drink (usually).  Let's recap:

     Fri night--Platinum Blonde at Montebello Park.  Just like the old days at the Bamboo Club in T.O. except Mark Holmes is no longer blonde.  HTZ-FM Red is very tasty by the way.  Off to the Mansion House for beers.  Ran into ex-Blue Jays Kelly Gruber and Jesse Barfield.  They were my favorite Jays back when I covered the team on a daily basis.

     Sat aft--My 30th Anniversary class reunion from Radio and Television Arts at Ryerson.  Luckily I wasn't the fattest guy there, but I did have the most hair.  Pic:  Wife meets Dave Devall who was inducted in the RTA Wall of Fame.  A fellow alum and a great guy.

     Sat night--Closed the Hard Rock Cafe on Yonge St. with Nick Walsh and Darryl (Dwarf) Millar.  Nick's kicking ass in Famous Underground.  Dwarf fronts Automan.ca.  Pic:  Three drunken amigos.

     Sun night--Slash at The Sound Academy.  Pretty much the same show as CMW.  The joint was rammed.   New band Foxy Shazam opened and blew the roof off.  Pic:  Ran into Russ Dwarf at the show and commented the FS lead singer reminded me of him 20 years ago.  He kicked me in the nuts.

     Weekend grand total:  10-20 beers, 2 glasses of wine, 3 laps around the Eaton Center and one splitting hangover.  Most excellent.
