Was it staged or real?

Metallica played Mexico City on Saturday night and it appears that crew members caught on fire!

A spokesperson for the promoter said it was "all part of the show".

Metallica have "staged" an accident before.  Back in 97, it looked like the stage was collapsing...one crew member was on fire as another dangled from the from a lighting rig.  Footage of that "event" was featured on the "Cunning Stunts" DVD.

No official comment from Metallica yet....
