Yes...The old mansion that 97.7 HTZ FM lives in is indeed haunted.

Things happen....Nothing serious.

We sometimes hear footsteps from upstairs. 

We hear voices. 

Doors lock for no reason. 

Somtimes we get the feeling someone is standing behind us.

Things move....but not that often.

Is it scary?  No.  Just unusual.

We constantly have psychics asking us to hold seances...we decline.  Why?

Although 12 Yates Street is a fun place to be.....it is a place of business.

We don't want things disrupted...more than they already are!
