In the year or two leading up to Green Day's American Idiot album, Billy Joe Armstrong was battling with writer's block and wondered aloud if he and Green Day mattered anymore. That album's huge success certainly put that question to rest. A couple of world tours, another album, live album and dvds, a musical & a side project (Foxboro Hot Tubs)-later, Billy Joe, Mike & Tres Cool found themselves with so much music that they've decided to spread it out over 3 albums!! Uno comes out in September, Dos in November and Tre in January 2013. Too much music? We'll see.
