In my books, Black Sabbath have no place at this weekend's Lolapalooza festival  -  at least if you believe in the festival's original vision. Lolapalooza, like all annual festivals have to adapt to survive. Sabbath would NEVER have been considered in the early and most succesful days of the festival.

Who cares anymore. Lolapalooza is just another gigantic, souless music festival.

The good news is Black Sabbath and lead guitarist Tony Iommi (especially) are healthy and good enough to make this the only concert date in North America this year. Judging by their performance (below) earlier this year in a hometown concert, it could be a legendary performance on Friday night!
