Acting on a report of a disturbance, police went to a west St. Catharines home where they discovered more than they bargained for.
Police were called to a Maria Street residence around 9:30 Saturday night after a report of a group of males getting into a fight.
No one was injured and police determined all were known to each other.
Police ended up charging 36 year old David Crothers, 40 year old Derek Leggat, 42 year old Richard Fyfe and 32 year old Matthew MacInnes with uttering threats.
During the investigation, police found three firearms in the home, all three were unlicensed and one had been modified.
Two residents of the home, 22 year old Jesse Gibson and a 16 year old male are facing several firearms related charges.
