From 4 to 2.

Regional Council has voted to consolidate Niagara's traffic ticket courts, going from 4 sites to 2.  Where exactly they will be hasn't been decided, but maintaining courts in St. Catharines & Welland looks likely.

Regional staff & a cost-cutting task force had recommended going down to 1 provincial offences court to serve all of Niagara.  They expected that would save over $360 000 a year.
