The Niagara Parks Commission will unveil a plaque of daredevil Nik Wallenda at a BBQ luncheon in his honour on Saturday June 16.
The meet and greet will allow the public and media to hear directly from Wallenda on how it feels to be the first person to cross the Falls on a wire in more than 100 years.
The NPC will show people in attendance, two prototype display boards.
Permanent plaques will be installed at the Niagara Parks attraction, Journey Behind the Falls and White Water Walk.
The event will take place at Edgewaters Restaurant at noon and last for about an hour and a half.
There is a 25 dollar cost per person for the buffet lunch.
