A crack down at Niagara's border bridges

The Canada Border Services Agency charging two Toronto area residents with smuggling earlier this month, after officers on the Peace Bridge
discovered 40 dozen eggs and 97 bottles of booze hidden in a stow and go compartment of their vehcile.
A few days before, customs agents on the Rainbow Bridge busted two Florida residents travelling in a motorhome.
During a secondary inspection, officers found three loaded handguns and a rifle along with 103 grams of pot.
The drug were hidden in a refrigerator freezer.
A 63 year old man and a 65 year old woman were turned over to Niagara Regional Police to face further charges.
