If you know of anyone on a boat that has yet to arrive in and around the Port Colborne area police are asking you to give them a call

This morning around 9 am, a Port Colborne business received a possible distress call from an unknown party.

As a result the business contacted police.

Police know the call was made locally but they could not identify the caller.

They quickly began searching all potential land points and the Marine Unit is still conducting checks of vessels in the area.
