Thousands of rowers are in Niagara for the 130th Annual Royal Canadian Henley Regatta in Port Dalhousie.
Since Henley settled in St. Catharines in 1903, the Regatta has grown to become one of the largest professional rowing tournaments in North America.
Last year, over 2,800 men and women from over 150 rowing clubs competed for Henley Gold.
Today marks the Masters Event.
Monday night marks the Opening Ceremony at 7:30pm at the Henley Grandstand.
Shuttle buses will run from Henley Island to the Grandstand from 7pm to 10pm.
Organizers say it will be free, fun & family-friendly.
Race week starts Tuesday with over 400 heats of athletes pursuing Henley Gold.
The Regatta wraps up on the 12th.
