A Chinese based company that manufactures wind towers has a media conference set for tomorrow in Thorold where company officials are expected to make a major announcement.

The announcement is set for 10 in the morning at the old Hayes Dana Plant.

According to a media release, TSP Canada Powers is planning a 25 million dollar investment that will create 250 jobs over two phases.
