A stormy way to start your Saturday in Niagara.

Environment Canada issued a Severe thunderstorm warning for Niagara this morning after strong thunderstorms moved across the Niagara Peninsula from the northwest.

The warning was called off just beofre 10am when the weather calmed down.

It is expected to clear this afternoon.
