Police have charged 2 people they say are behind a gunpoint robbery in Niagara Falls.

Early Wednesday morning police were called to Ontario Ave with reports of 2 young females having been robbed.

The men were last seen jumping over a fence & running down Palmer Ave.

Hober Guerrero of Welland is now charged with robbery.  A 2nd person has also been charged with robbery in the case.  They can't be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

Police have said the robbery wasn't random & that they think the area was targeted.
