Guang Hua Liu's ex-boyfriend has been charged in connection the Toronto woman's death.

Chunqi Jiang faces a charge of 2nd degree murder in Liu's death.  Peel police say the couple's relationship lasted about 4 years.

The 41-year-old single mother of 3 hadn't been seen since August 10th outside the defunct spa she owned.

About a week later, her head, one of her feet & both her hands were discovered in the Credit River in Mississauga.

Then one of Liu's arms, a thigh & both calves turned up in West Highland Creek in east-Toronto.
