St. Catharines General Hospital has a 2nd outbreak of VRE on its hands.

The Niagara Health System says 6 patients on unit C3 East have tested positive for the bug since August 24th.  That's on top of a VRE outbreak on Unit C3 West/Mills Link.

The NHS says infection control measures are in place to stop the superbug from spreading.
