The source says the 62-year-old suspect is Richard Henry Bain, who runs a hunting and fishing lodge north of Montreal.

Bain was arrested moments after the shooting that left one person dead and another seriously injured.  As he was being led to a police cruiser, he shouted, 'the English are waking up"

The police source has also identifies the victim as 48-year-old Denis Blanchette.  There are unconfirmed reports the man was the sound technician for the Metropolis club where the party was taking place.
