An autopsy is scheduled  today in Toronto, where a badly decomposed torso was found inside a suitcase floating in Lake Ontario yesterday.

Boaters spotted a suitcase floating on the water near a popular east-end park and brought it to shore.

The grisly discovery comes as police have been investigating the dismemberment murder of Guang Hua Liu.

 Parts of her body were found last month in Mississauga and in east-end Toronto.  Her torso was not found.

Closer to home, Niagara Regional Police have launched a new search for body parts after a torso was found in the Niagara River near the base of Niagara Falls.  The NRP has confirmed the torso is not that of Liu's.
