Niagara college getting ready to roll out the red carpet.

Sophie, the Countess of Wessex and the wife of Prince Edward will officially open the school's Canadian Food and Wine Institute at the Niagara on the Lake campus Saturday, September 15th.

She will also be on hand on the 15th.... to present regimental colours to the Lincoln and Welland Regiment at Queenston Heights .

The prince will travel to Hamilton on the same day to take part in the Royal Hamilton Light Infrantry's 150th anniversary celebrations.
