The need for speed landing a teen in hot water.

Police have made an arrest in an August 29th incident in the town of Fenwick.

A male was spotted racing his dirt bike on town streets, perfoming wheelies, failing to stop at a stop sign and spinning his wheels throwing dirt and rocks at witnesses.

It's believed he was going in excess of 100 km/h.

Police have arrested and charged 19 year old Thomas Duggan of Pelham with Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Breach of Probation and Fail to Comply with Recognizance.
