The Canadian Auto workers says the Big Three are making unprecedented demands during ongoing contract talks
The Union says the automakers want to create a two tiered workforce, eliminate cost of living adjustments, cut prescription drug benefits and make dramatic changes to pension plans.
The CAW adds the Big Three are also refusing to commit to any new investments at their Canadian operations.

The CAW has set a strike deadline of midnight Monday.
