A two year old girl is alive following a near drowning in West Lincoln last night

At around 7:30 last night, Niagara Regional Police, Lincoln Fire Department and Niagara Emergency Medical Services responded to a West Lincoln address regarding a 2 year old girl that had fallen into a pond.
 
The young girl was transported to  the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of the McMaster Hospital in Hamilton where she is listed as being in critical condition.

Police are still investigating.
