A 42-year old Fort Erie man is facing Child Luring and Sexual Exploitation charges.

Niagara Regional Police says their investigation dates back to September of 2010 and involved a 16-year old victim. 

Police say the suspect was a person considered to be in a position of trust or authority with the victim. 

The suspect was scheduled to appear in court today.
