It's a first for St.Catharines as Art City, the Niagara Nights of Art: St. Catharines Edition is now underway.

The east-end of St.Paul will be closed for the event for most of today.

You will see the streets and businesses of downtown celebrate the arts of St. Catharines.

The event will wrap up at 10p tonight.

Admission is free.
