Veteran rider hurt during race in Fort Erie
A veteran rider with over 770 wins under her belt, was seriously hurt during race seven at the Fort Erie race track yesterday.
Regina Sealock suffered a broken femur when her horse, Stormy Keeper, broke down at the quarter pole.
She was taken to Greater Niagara General Hospital where she remains.
Sealock was scheduled to be an acting ambassador for the upcoming Circle of Course for Cancer event set for Sunday September, 23rd.
Her appearance has been cancelled.
