BPA linked to childhood obesity

American researchers say their study doesn't prove the chemical B-P-A causes obesity.
   
But they say it does suggest a connection between the chemical used in food packaging and childhood obesity.
   
The study in today's issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association finds children with the highest levels in their urine were twice as likely to be obese than those with the lowest.
   
The American Chemistry Council calls the study speculative.
