A 42 year old man has been busted after trying to sneak across the border from Canada into the U-S.

U-S Customs was alerted by video surveillance of a man running across the Internatinal Railway Bridge in Fort Erie around 6 yesterday morning.

Agents then moved in and arrested the man identified as a citizen of Belarus.

The man will appear before an immigration judge on a charge of illegal entry into the U-S.
