In what has become a familiar scene, Apple shops across Asia and Europe were jammed this morning when the iPhone 5 went on sale.
   
Some customers have been camping out in front of Apple stores several cities, including Toronto.
   
The latest version of Apple's smartphone goes on sale this morning in Canada and the U-S.
   
Analysts estimate the company will ship up to 10-million iPhone 5's by the end of this month.
