300 new jobs are coming to St. Catharines, half of them full time...at a
local call centre.

Sitel says at least 150 of those jobs will be permanent as it expands a
contract it has with a large cable communications company.

Another 150 people will be hired on temporarily for a U-S based retailer
during the holiday season.

The Ontario Street company says some of those positions could become
full time as well.

By the end of the year Sitel's workforce will stand at 900.
