Casino giant MGM, one of the companies vying for the contract to run a casino in downtown Toronto is sweetening the pot.
The Toronto Star reporting, MGM now says the development would also include a permanent facility for Cirque du Soleil.
Alan Feldman, MGM’s senior vice-president of public affairs, tells the Star that Cirque would love to have a permanent home in Toronto.
He says they see the GTA as an incredible cosmopolitan global destination
Feldman adds the development could include a circus theatre and possibly a themed nightclub.
