Niagara Regional Police say a St.Catharines man has been charged with sexual assault.

Police say on Saturday a man entered a home and sexually assaulted a female victim.

The suspect and the victim knew each other.

A 54 year old man is charged with one count of Sexual Assault and Being Unlawfully in a Dwelling House.
