Members of the Port Dalhousie Conservancy are very concerned that more property in the old town has been purchased by a major condo developer.

Carlos Garcia says that Port Dalhousie Vitalization Corporation has gone to the city with some preliminary proposals to erect town houses and high rises on Lakeport Road.

Garcia says they have bought most, if not all of the buildings along old Front Street as it was once called.

Port Dalhousie Conservancy now has to wait until P-D-V-C actually makes an application to do something with the buildings, then they will look into what options they have legally.
