Another St. Catharines call centre is hiring.

Transcom says it will add 158 positions, most of them seasonal to its Garden City call centre.

The announcement comes a week after Sitel announced it would be hiring an additional 300 workers at its Ontario Street centre.

Some of the jobs at Transcom will become permanent.

The starting pay is 10.50 an hour, with the potential for performance bonuses.
