A Pelham man has been arrested in an unusual robbery case.

Police say a 21 year old woman was riding in a truck on Regional Road 20, she tried to get out of the vehicle while it was still in motion, and that's when the male driver tried to grab her purse.

The woman was dragged for a short distance.

A passing truck driver stopped and helped.

The driver got away with her bag.

The woman was taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries.

Facing one count of robbery and one count of dangerous driving, 38 year old Adam Anderson.
