The winner of a roach-eating contest in South Florida died shortly after downing dozens of the live bugs.
   
About 30 contestants ate the insects Friday night.
   
But 32-year-old Edward Archbold became ill shortly after the contest ended.
   
He collapsed and was pronounced dead in hospital.
   
Authorities are waiting for results of an autopsy.
