The victim of a fatal accident on the QEW Monday night has been identified as a 20 year old Stoney Creek woman.

Meaghan O'Halloran-Black, was killed after her car was struck by a flying tire while travelling along the QEW Toronto bound, near Centennial Parkway.

The tire came off a Dodge Ram pickup truck that was travelling in the opposite direction.

The driver of the pickup truck is a 21-year-old Georgetown man.

He was not injured.

No word if any charges will be laid.
