Chihuahua deemed "Dangerous Dog" that has to be muzzled in Windsor
The city of Windsor Ontario has designated a Chihuahua as a “dangerous dog” that must be muzzled.
The pint-sized canine, named Molly, is alleged to have bitten a mail carrier on the ankle.
Owner Jason Scott says the whole thing is a joke.
However, he was denied an appeal and Molly must now have a microchip implanted in her -- and be insured for no less than a million dollars.
