The prospects of salvaging a full N-H-L season keeps getting dimmer.

The N-H-L Players Association wanted to meet with the league today to continue working on resolving their labour dispute.

But the league declined on the grounds that the union isn't tabling a new proposal and won't consider the league's plan.

The N-H-L says tomorrow is the deadline to save a full season of hockey.
