Police have released the name of the victim of a fatal hit and run accident in Niagara on the Lake Monday afternoon.

The cyclist killed in that crash has been identified as Paul Hollingsworth of St. Catharines.

25 year old Ryan Logan of Niagara Falls has been charged with failing to stop causing death.

The collision took place on Taylor Road in Niagara on the Lake.

The victim was struck and killed by a GMC Jimmy that left the scene.

Logan was arrested Monday night during a routine traffic stop in Niagara Falls.

Police would still like to talk to any witnesses to the accident.
