Time to say goodbye to daylight savings time, as we fall back an hour this weekend.
While setting the clocks back an hour may be great for Canadians needing that extra hour of sleep, experts say it doesn't do insomniacs any favours.
Colleen Carney of Toronto's Ryerson University says insomnia sufferers may find their already problematic sleep patterns crippled further by having an extra hour to toss and turn.
Carney advises people who have trouble sleeping to wait to set their clocks back after they wake up Sunday morning.
The clocks fall back at 2 a-m Sunday in most of Canada.
