Niagara's jobless rate holding steady

Jobless figures are out for the month of October.
Niagara's unemployment rate is virtually unchanged.
The rate inched up from 8.5 percent in September to 8.7 percent last month.
How do we compare to other cities in Ontario?
Guelph has the lowest jobless rate at 5.8 percent followed by Hamilton at 6.3 and Ottawa at 6.6 percent.
Windsor has the highest rate coming in at 9.6 percent, with Oshawa in second place at 9.1.
Nationally, the rate remains unchanged at 7.4 percent.
The provincial rate is up from 7.9 in September to 8.3 percent last month.
