A 32-year old Welland woman is now facing Careless Driving charges in the death of 14-year old Issac Riehl of Pelham.
Issac was skateboarding when he suffered life-threatening injuries after colliding with a Pontiac Sunfire on Foss Road last month.
A week later the grade 9 E.L Crossley student passed away in hospital.
The driver of the vehicle, Amanda Boucher, has been charged with Careless Driving and will appear in court in January.
