Public elementary teachers union says one day strikes will continue in January
Public elemetnary school teaches in Halton hit the bricks today as one day rotating strikes continue across the province.
Union leaders are now hinting the one day job action will continue in January.
And the union says if the province uses provisions contained in Bill 115 to stop the strikes than they will hold a wildcat strike in retaliation.
According to reports, the public elemetnary teachers have already voted in favour of holding wildcat strikes and public high school teachers are currently voting this week on the same contingency plan.
