St. Catharines Male arrested with Heroin

A St. Catharines man is facing drug charges for allegedly dealing heroin.
Niagara Regional Police followed the 29-year old to Toronto where they observed a drug deal.
Over $2500.00 of heroin was located.
Patrick McKinnon will appear in court to face charges.
